Catch page leaving or reload
You can use this feature to warn a user who indicates readiness to leave the current page by clicking a link or using javascript that there are still unsaved changes on the page.
This feature does not work with Opera.
Simple call next function: 
southprojects.Utils.warnUnload('your message')
To remove warning call: 
southprojects.Utils.unwarnUnload()
