The contents of each tab are contained in a separate file, which is fetched when u user clicks the tab.
Users navigate either by clicking the next/previous buttons or the tab headers.
The forms inside the tabs are full-featured southprojects Forms.
When a user moves from one tab to the next, the wizard validates the form. If the validation fails, the wizard
displays a message and users cannot move forward until they have fixed the error. They can, however, move back.
